Lynn’s journey in Real Estate and Property Management began in a hands-on role with her father, Arthur J. Asdourian, who founded Worth Real Estate in 1962. Lynn’s academic background includes a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and a Master of Science in Deaf Education from Adelphi University. Notably, she helped develop the Auditory Training program at the School for Language and Communication Development (SLCD), a program still in use today. Her commitment to community service is extensive. Lynn actively volunteers with Gift of Life, contributing to efforts to save children around the world. She also dedicates her time to the East Meadow Chamber of Commerce and the East Meadow Kiwanis Club and has made significant contributions to the East Seaport Museum and Marine Foundation. A respected member of the National Association of Realtors, Long Island Board of Realtors, and MLS, Lynn transitioned from a teaching career to real estate and property management 30 years ago. As the owner of her own property management and real estate brokerage firm, Lynn is known for her tireless work ethic, candid advice, and strong client relationships. His commitment to excellence was recognized in 2023 when he received the Nassau Council Chamber of Commerce Business Person of the Year award. In 2024, Anthony serves as the President of the East Meadow Chamber of Commerce, showcasing his leadership and dedication to local business development. He is also an active member of Kiwanis of East Meadow, contributing to community service and charitable efforts. As a licensed real estate agent and a member of the Long Island Real Estate Group, Anthony combines his deep industry knowledge with a strong track record in property management. Lauren Senko earned her Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies in Business from Hofstra University in 2019. While attending her undergraduate studies, she volunteered as an Emergency Medical Technician with the East Norwich Volunteer Fire Company, demonstrating her commitment to community service. While pursuing her Juris Doctor at Touro Law School, Lauren began working at Worth Management, gaining valuable industry experience. After earning her degree in May 2022, she expanded her expertise by joining a well-established law firm, focusing on employment, personal injury, and civil rights cases. Lauren obtained her license to practice as an attorney in 2024 and has since returned to Worth Management, where she now serves as the Director of Operations and Compliance. In this role, she oversees office management, day-to-day operations, and ensures legal compliance, utilizing her legal experience to support the company’s objectives and maintain high standards of integrity.
